There isn't really anything that I need to say I'm sure about the French Romantic master Hector Berlioz. He was born today, December 11, 1803 and died on March 8, 1869. Technically speaking he was 'born yesterday' (once again I'm birthday-posting after midnight..). This is the Hector Berlioz 11 disc Edition from Brilliant Classics; as I have to get up in under 6 hours, I am posting
the first two discs now, "Symphonie Fantastique" and "Harold en Italie" and then I shall post the other nine discs tomorrow while I'm (mostly) awake.
