Although I can think of more than a few serious works that share the particular sonics of a fast food straw and lid combination - but that's on the "composing" end of things isn't it?
Oh I got the fingering but not the bowing. Could run through scales and hit notes without bowing and bow one or two short notes. Had to practice to get better but neighbours complained of sounds of killing cats. Also ran out of money for lessons!
Hahaha Bruce, well I know for a fact that I could easily achieve the sounds of killing cats (on the violin that is!!) I can do my thing on acoustic guitar and piano (self-taught) although I will not pretend that I have any real talent.
